Director of Religious Education

As Director of Religious Education here at Holy Trinity, my ministry involves family religious education with our FIRE program, Sunday preschool, sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation, youth ministry and our summer Vacation Bible School.

Our FIRE program provides a unique approach to religious education. Families gather with children of all ages twice a month for religious education sessions. This learning style provides an opportunity for continuing education, reflection, and development of our faith and spirituality at every age.

Youth ministry involves a perfect blend of work and play. Our Holy Trinity youth come to serve our parish and neighboring community with such enthusiasm and joy whenever called. We also meet for monthly sessions to discuss faith and values issues. To adapt to our ever increasing life pace, I put out a monthly newsletter, Youth Times, to keep us in touch with our spirit connection and prayer life. An annual youth retreat also presents a special opportunity for our youth to pray and reflect and celebrate their faith commitment. Seasonal parties from Halloween to summer VBS Kickoff and Thank you's keep us smiling together all year.
